MongoDB GORM 2.0 plugin released

Version 2.0 of the MongoDB plugin for Grails has been released. This version includes the following new features:
  • GeoJSON shape support
  • Support for SSL connections
  • Support for MongoDB connection strings
  • Optimized Batch Delete/Update support

In addition, GORM for MongoDB can now be used in a Spring Boot application or a Groovy script

Grails 2.4 M1 Released

Grails 2.4 Milestone 1 has been released. This is the first milestone in the 2.4.x release and includes updates to Groovy 2.2, Spring 4, Asset Pipeline plugin support and enhanced support for static compilation. See the release notes for further information.

Grails 2.3.6 Released

Grails 2.3.6 has been released! This release includes a few new features, including the ability to use GORM for Hibernate outside of Grails, Best Effort 1PC Pattern for Transactions and DataSource exported via JMX. Checkout the release notes for further information.

Grails 2.3.2 Released

We are pleased the announce the release of Grails 2.3.2. This release includes numerous bug fixes and improvements. See the release notes for further information.

Note that if you are upgrading from Grails 2.3.x and you use the Hibernate plugin you will need to update to version 3.6.10.3 of the plugin. In BuildConfig:

compile ':hibernate:3.6.10.3'
