Spring WS plugin 0.2.1 released

This bug-fix release of the Spring WS plugin comes with the following issues closed:

Fixed concurrency issue in DefaultEndpointAdapter.groovy (see GRAILSPLUGINS-1204)
Upgraded to Spring Web Services 1.5.7 (see GRAILSPLUGINS-1208)
