Featured in the Plugin Corner of GroovyMag Volume 6, Issue 8 (+), July 2013:

The Uploadr plugin is a short cut way to implement and use the Drag & Drop features of HTML5. This plugin
provide numerous parameters that can be configured as per need. Also, this plugin supports rating, voting
and downloading of files. It provides event handlers by which you can add your customized code. It also
supports i18n messages so, overall it’s a complete package for uploading files using HTML5 as a
platform underneath it.

About

This plugin allows dragging and dropping files on your browser window to upload them. It works out of the box, and it is also possible to add custom (javascript / ajax) event handlers and add initial files.

Please refer to the plugin documentation on Github for the most up to date information.

Other plugins I created

Ajaxflow- Ajaxified Webflows: every page in the web flow is loaded through Ajax. This allows the creation of wizards (a install-script is available for quickly generating a base ajaxflow which you can customize) that do not reload the complete webpage, but just unobtrusively modifies the pages in the webflow itself. See plugin page for more information...

Grom - send notifications to a unified notification agent (Growl, LibNotify) from your Grails application. Very useful in development or build environments.
